Beyond frustrated. Got a combo #3 that has 2 one topping pizzas plus a drink for a listed price. So the cashier told us to grab a bottled drink. I saw no fountain drink machine and asked twice "is this what I take as part of the combo?" He said yes. Then on the receipt he added an additional charge. I asked why the charge. He said because I took the bottled drink. I reminded him that I got a combo where the drink was included. He just looked at me and said it's an additional charge. So I settled him to fix it. Absolutely refused. I'm upset. Poor business. Could have removed the charge. Could have told me where I was supposed to go for the fountain soda. Never again.

I asked for a Margherita pizza but was given a plain cheese pizza. When I asked about it I was told that was what a margherita pizza was. lol Someone needs to teach them the difference.. I give the 2 stars bc the cheese pizza wasnt that bad but I've been craving a Margherita pizza.

Worst experience i ever had at cnn center. Haad to wait 5 minutes before i seen anyone the she messed up my order i ate it because i was really hungry.i told her she messed up but she didn't care she just tend to the next customer and he wasn't happy either no sauce or bread she still didn't care or tried to resolve our issue. I will never come back again. 👎👎👎👎

The food was decent at best (the pasta was pretty bad- practically only boiled tomatoes with no spices or even a veggie or meat stock to help give flavor) and I was overcharged for my food/given the wrong order. Not only that but it was disgustingly dirty, too! I ordered the number one (1) which was the one slice, one topping pizza deal they had that included a salad, a side of pasta, and a drink. _However_, they did _not_ tell me that it was going to be just pasta so when I asked for a meatball spaghetti as the side, I was given a full plate and made to pay the full cost of the pasta and even the drink which was originally with that deal. When I asked for clarification, the lady at the register (a short plump woman with black hair) asked if I had read the sign with a very rude tone of voice. Turns out: the side pasta has to be plain (no sauce no garlic bread - which I still didn’t get with the regular pasta) which is honestly pointless? Why would someone eat plain spaghetti? Regardless, I hope that whomever is reading never eats at this awful place.

The food at this restaurant made me feel very sick. It was a pizza sitting out under a heating light which they stuck back into the oven for a couple minutes. When I took it off the plate, it started to fall apart instantly because it was so cold, watery, and saturated with oil. I honestly struggled to eat the meal after draining what seemed to be an entire plate of water and oil of of it (before it completely feel apart).
